Hey guys, I am looking for tires for my 2014 to go on my fuel kranks. I was looking at the nitto ridge grapplers, but am kind of skeptical because they are still pretty new and don't want to get only 20,000 out of them. I was also looking at the dick cepek fun country. I like the general grabber at2 which was on my previous tundra and liked them but just wanting to try something new. What do you guys run and do you like them. Being in central Pennsylvania we get a decent amount of snow. So they need to clean them selves out well and get good traction in the wet stuff! Thanks

I wouldn't worry about the Ridge Grapplers giving you 20k. I got +80k out of a set of Trail Grapplers on an FJ cruiser. Ridge Grappler is a great looking tire.

I am very happy with the ridge grapplers. I have about 5k miles on mine and they are at 15.5/32nds of tread. new, they have 16.5/32nds of tread. if the tread wear is linear (and I replace them at 2.5/32nds), I will get about 70k miles out of them.

Also, do you guys think I can stuff 275/65-20 tires in without a leveling kit? The tires I want don't come in 275 60 20. Otherwise I would've bought them. If I have to level it I will. I planned on it irregardless but not this soon.

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
Bilstein 5100s are an inexpensive way to level the front and superior to a doughnut. Wheel offset is gonna play a large role in what size you can run.

No ones really gonna be able to give mileage life on Ridge Grappler's yet, but almost every guy on here that has em has nothing but good to say about em. I can't wait to get mine on.

Michelin tires are my favorite. I have the AT2 on my truck now, and will be replacing them with LTX M&S the next go around. I have 9783 miles of towing with 12579 total miles on the truck. With my tire gauge calculation, I should see 40k miles out of these tires.

the offset on your wheels is going to dictate how much trimming that you have to do to fit a 34" tire without a lift. do you know the size and offset of your wheels?

Yeah, without a lift, you are going to have to do a lot of trimming to fit a 34" tire.
