Toyota. com inventory

Is the inventory on Toyota.com just not accurate or are the dealers just trying to upsell me on add ons. Looking at Tundras right now with all the incentives. Dealers were telling me 3 weeks ago that I would have to order a 2018 to equip the way I wanted. Way I want is limited add ons. Problem is there are 2 or 3 trucks listed on the inventory that I would buy. One dealer just emailed me and said all the TRD ORs have steps and vehicle protection and another said remote start yet the ones saw have none of this. The dealer said he found one without the stuff I do not want then went silent.

 

I know some of them are going to be allocated once built from the factory.
