Really happy to have an MGM again! This color is simply beautiful and the metallic flakes hide imperfections quite well.

Yes, before and after. All lights are connected and everything works. The lamps are not original, because I installed them in April 2022. Everything was adjusted on the knee with a file from what was sold in the nearest store. Running boards from the previous generation. Rims 9j offset 12, tires 295/70/18, PRO camo body kit around.

Leer topper comes in soon, will do tires after summer road trip, did the ARE recovery hooks, vinyl letterings, 35% tint, interior stuff like new dash tweets, 110/usb charging with separate battery since mine didn’t come with power package.

No lift. They do rub on the front flap at full left lock, mostly just in reverse. I don't think they would rub at all with flaps removed as others have confirmed. I may pin back the front flaps if it bothers me enough but so far with about 7k on the tires it hasn't. I will say that I'm still struggling to get the BFGs balanced properly though. I had them balanced pretty well but then had the dealer road force balance them at my 5k service and now they're worse.

Finally after waiting 15 months I can join this thread. When my 2020 TRD Sport in MGM was stolen in March of 2022 I ordered this bad boy to replace it (although I did initially order in black but changing to MGM got it to me sooner). What a crazy stupid long wait. Here she is after arrival at the dealer. Accessories and prep this week with pickup on Friday. All I can say is....it's about freaking time!

    Congrats! Sweet as truck!
What was the story behind your stolen 2020? How did they steal it?
Are you planning any additional theft deterrents for the new truck?
    Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

    Thanks. It is pretty sweet.

Not much of a story. Drove it to the airport, parked it inside the terminal indoor garage, went on my trip, came back and it was gone! Nothing anyone could do. I assume the thieves were around somewhere and sniffed my smart key signal and wrote it to a dummy key then drove it away. Sucks!

Hoping to find a way to covertly immobilize the truck but I feel the hybrid system makes that a little more difficult than a simple kill switch.

What wheels/tires are those? They look great! I've been trying to find MGM trucks with bronze wheels to see if they would look good on my truck

Hey all, I'm pretty new to Tundras and big trucks in general. My stock sr5 sx became this, 20% on the windows and 45% on the Windshield. 275/70/18 Duratracs. Maybe bigger tires down the road with a lift, we will see. Also they are balanced with beads currently... fingers crossed. Painted the fog light bezel with Dupilcolor. It's fairly close, close enough until I redo the front end.

I like your yakima bed rack. Do they obstruct the view from the digital rear mirror’s camera?

    Thanks!

These are Pro Wheels I had powder coated, and Toyo A/T III 285/75R18 tires. I don't have any lift or leveling kit on it.

This was back in Oct of ‘22. SR5 4X2 with only SR5 convenience package. No additional dealer add-ons. Pretty much the most basic SR5 possible. Cloth seats, no floor liners, basic screen/audio. Wanted a few more features/add-ons, but they worked a deal I couldn’t leave on the table. Out the door @ $48.5k with 55 miles. Traded in my 2010 Doublecab - 289k miles with slight body damage & matched my best offer I received trying to sell the 2010 myself.

Just did the 10k service with no mechanical issues. Interior driver death panel cracked, but they are replacing this week. Rattle on passenger side interior is a work in progress. Other than that, I love it! I wish I would’ve held out for a 4x4, but that was a a luxury for me and not a need. Next time..

The old reliable 2010 which never missed a beat approaching 300k miles. Having never actually owned a brand new vehicle in my life, this was a fun day, but hated to let Ol’ Tulandra go!
