Thank you Keith @dirtydeeds you did it again.
I just did my 3rd swap, yes 3 times swapping my BAM.

I've gone from an 8, to a 10 (it was damaged in my cat theft), to a 12, back to a 10.

Honestly, if my 10 would not have been cut in my cat theft, I never would have tried the 12.
I did wonder about it, but I wouldn't have gone to the trouble and expense of swapping it.
But now I know the difference and can give customer's perspective of them all.

Keith's customer service and want for a happy customer is second to none.

I took a few startup videos the last few months.
I didn't remember how much different the sound was from the stock muffler.

It's a little hard to hear the difference between the 10 and 12 on startup.
You can tell more by driving it.
The 10 has a bit of a deeper tone than the 12 that I like.
Toyota put a stock muffler on my truck when they fixed my cats so I took a video of that as well.

    Thanks again Keith and company.
Thank you to Sarah for always keeping me updated on the process of the swaps.

Not surprised at all! Big fan of DD and Keith.
Love the subtle rumble of my 12", I would of got the 10" but I tow quite a bit in the summer.

Good videos. I called Keith expecting to buy a 10 but he thought 12 would be better for my use case. I like the 12 but still wonder about the 10. It sounds really good in your video.

I don't have DD exhaust but I called him about shims when my re-gear was going down. I haven't spent a penny on his products yet he spent time on the phone with me trying to help me out.

That's all I need to know for when I need anything he carries, I'll go to him.

Years ago I was researching lifts/levels.
I considered spacers, 5100s, and 6112/5160s that had just come out.

I had him on the phone discussing mufflers and asked him about leveling.
He talked with me for an hour about lift/leveling.
Explained what he feels works best with the Tundra.
I ended up with 6112/5160s, I would have bought them from him but they were so new and hard to find he couldn't get them..

I don’t have the exhaust by Keith but he has been emailing me back and forth on how to correctly valve my LT coilovers. Dude goes further and beyond on helping anyone he can. He definitely deserves a 5 star rating

Keith and BA Exhaust is one of those vendors the 'old timers' would talk about when they say..."back in my day":D I've went from a 10" to a 14" to my current 20" with 31" Resonator. So far, I'm as happy as a dog in dirt with it!:101010: In my 7 decades on this planet, I haven't found a better guy to do business with.

I’ve heard many good things about DD products, my concern was towing my TT and the drone. Don’t camp regularly but sometimes a 3-5 hr trip. Looking for a balance of deeper tone than my stock for around town but little to no drone while towing.

Sounds like a 12”, or should I consider a 10”? Do I need a resonator? Is welding involved in the resonator installation?

I’d like to buy his product since I’ve heard so many good things. Thanks.

I don’t have a DD, but everything I’ve read says for your usage, a 12” with resonator (to completely eliminate drone) will be your best bet.

But as the posters above have alluded to, give Keith a call- he’ll get you exactly what you need/want and explain way better than I just did why you want/need it.

The resonator is clamped to the pipe. The hardest part is drilling the hole in the pipe where you want to mount it. I think you would be fine with the 10" or 12". I tow my TT with an 8" and no resonator.....it doesn't bother me one bit. :D :burnrubber:

No worries. Ask him all the questions that you can think of and he will get you hooked up.

I too have a 20 inch standard system - based on feedback and chats with Mike. Went a slightly different way with 2 resonators - one welded in the Y and the standard 26” in the tailpipe.

    Very happy with the results.
