1G Sequoia is to 1G DC as the RAV4 is to this concept truck.

I bet if someone tracked down Toyota's official silver RAV4 stock photo from 2021/2022, you'll find that was the image used.

It would make sense to use the RAV4 platform for a "ute" as they call in Australia. It's a good small platform to knock out a 4DR w/bed that isn't quite the length as the Highlander or Sequoia, which doesn't fit the same niche.

A solid day of use between 5 people and a couple hours of testing & i didnt even use 2 bars (out of 5). Surprised at the life after staying on all day & a fair amount of chatter. Mostly sunny mansplaining, but appreciated info & etiquette.

Some amateurs tried to steal the 06 Tahoe we gave the MIL. They didn't get it but managed to complete loss the thing with their mangling. Used car shopping sucks but I'm picking up a Hyundai Santa Fe tomorrow. Scored it well after a whole lot of looking at crap. So, glad that's almost over.

I need to call Fidelity tomorrow and get those AMD stock certificates converted to e-shares so I can get ready to sell once they peak at 10x what I paid for them. I’m gonna need the cash to buy a new truck.

Lol…I know how you love ‘splaining things to guys, Sunny.

It’s amazing though how anal some golfers can be when they grow up learning golf etiquette and then expecting a newbie to remember all those unwritten rules.

I didn’t get kicked out literally but the guys voluntarily running it didn’t want me signing up for my 3rd season saying I had too many ‘etiquette’ complaints.

So in response, I cc’d my email response to everyone in the golf league asking exactly what were the ‘complaints’. This is so the guys running it could look like the asses they were trying to keep it quiet. Not too many people were happy with them after that. I later got an email from HR about the league since they were sponsoring it asking me come back but I told them I had enough of it.

The college auto tech building was next to a golf course, we got real good at timing horn honks.

only time i've been on a golf course was setting hot laps with my kawasaki on the trail around bay oaks country club.

Golfing isn’t so bad especially on a hot day having a beautiful beer cart girl delivering you a cold beer in a time of need. Best time IMO is after the round meeting up in the clubhouse to shoot the shit with the company retirees. Get to hear a lot a juicy shit they wouldn’t talk about when they worked there.

I dunno, hitting silly speeds in the middle of the night trying not to die or go to jail sounds more fun. At least when i was 20...dont think i'd try to do it now. Too many ring cameras & the buell has a license plate on it.

You'll see 'em occasionally, even where I live inside the city limits. And coyotes, foxes, all kinds of other stuff.

But my preferred turkey is what I usually find in the cabinet.
