I'd seriously consider trading my coveted TRD Pro for one. Not holding my breath for it to happen. Seems like Toyota is heading the wrong direction with a shift to smaller anemic motors, as opposed to what we die-hard V8 lovers want, low torque, strong power.

The new Tundra sales are tanking...dirty little secret Toyota and the dealers don't want you to know.

Look for big price drops later-on...especially if the economy goes into recession. And interest-rate increases have hurt car and truck sales anyway!

The new 2024 Tacoma has garnered so much interest, waiting lists just to get on the lists are long...with dealers already talking a minimum of $10-15k above MSRP.

A one-ton dually might be exactly what Toyota needs to boost Tundra sales! Else it could go the way of the Nissan Titan---which is probable extinction.
