So I see lots of posts on here re: trans. mine needs to be replaced with either a used one w/80k on it, or completely rebuilt for around $7500. Mine has 200k on it. Lights flashing for 4 whl Dr hi and lo.No other codes. I would like some real world thoughts and wisdom if replaced to be able to trust it to pull camper or horse trailer again vs buying newer model. Excellent overall mx history.

Have you pulled codes with a tech stream or another scanner that will pull non-cel codes? My '07 just needed a shift solenoid.

    Ebay has 5.7 4x4 trans $32oo w 27k miles on it.

4x4 errors are 4x4 errors that need sorted separately from transmission issues. Has either had any maintenance?

Shift solenoid issues will indicate thru the 4wd lights too.
