San Diego area mechanic - great find!

    I recently asked for help for a good mechanic for my recently purchased 2004 SR5. dittothat directed me to "Speed Freek" at Tacoma World who has his independent shop at his residence in Vista, CA. His name is Jason and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of my Tundra not to mention his friendliness. After doing an overall inspection of the truck, (it has 188K) we both agreed to do all the maintenance associated with a new timing belt.

    I couldn't have been happier with the results, both workmanship and price. If you are anywhere in San Diego, it is definitely worth the drive to Vista to use his services. There is nothing more reassuring that having a trusted mechanic.
