Well first off I'm a tacoma world guy for along time have a pretty nice 02 tacoma 4x4 300k miles and going strong! Now I want to add a tundra to my driveway so what would be the most reliable tundra 4x4 guys??? Also I want to stay under 25k cash I know that's a small problem as I don't finance anything I can't afford so from my reading 2000-2006 seems to be the most reliable models but what about the newer gen? I like the bigger cab for my wife as she is paralyzed now and I think it might be easier for me to get her in the passenger seat any help would be greatly appreciated guys I plan to buy this weekend

OME Nitrocharger/2612 (front), Bilstein 5100s (rear). Vanguard roll bar modified (by me) to fit over Patriot Stealth retractable tonneau. Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
Toyota owner asking other Toyota owners which Toyotas are unreliable... :monocle:. Tundra's gen 1 thru 2.5 are proven, million+ mile trucks in both gens, take your pick. No need to ask about gen3 at that price.

If I were you I would get an 2nd gen CM. The cab room is fantastic and with your wife's situation the extra room will come in handy. First gen is really nice but for cab room you can't beat the 2nd gen IMO.

Thanks guys and yea I agree with the 2nd gen cab space it is huge compared to my 02 tacoma and I like the idea of timing chains instead of belts seems like the used tundra prices are pretty good here in wa state found a few 2014 4x4s with 100k miles for $24k -$27k
