Ms Patriot made a (2) batches of whole wheat homemade pizza dough...I decided to add toppings haha...off the chain good!

    image.jpg

I then popped a homemade peach cobbler in the oven.....add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. Homerun!

These ingredients were made in a breadman ultimate bread maker. Super tender thin pizza, a great balance between thin wheat flavored crust and great toppings. Toppings- grated sharp cheddar, grated mozzarella, a little diced jalapeño, pepperoni, a thin sprinkle of fresh Parmesean, and finished with a few, no haha many random scoops of ricotta cheese.

Myself and pals just went thru this puzzle and the winner is....King Arthur White Whole Wheat. Their recipe is perfect. Normally I hand stretch the dough however with this it like to be rolled out: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/PrintRecipe?RID=6669&radio=1
@Patriot I dig your rectangle pizza. Makes it easy to handle your beer and pizza and doubles for offhand training if you do both at once ;)

Always thought it was babies that drooled? Eh, who really cares. His pizza looks great and you chose to troll. Good luck with that.

Not a troll, no interest in starting a fight or argument at all. Off topic for sure but only hoping to provoke a laugh. sorry you don't like it.

Absolutely awesome food! Made me hungry again, for sure! Have you ever tried cooking your pizza in the grill on a pizza stone? Also, do you let your pizza do a secondary "rise" after you have made the pizza pie flat but before toppings? So much fun with food, we love doing this, it becomes an event!

Ray are you trolling my pizza's? Hahahaha! Cut that out!
I have not tried it on the smoker yet, but plan to soon, great idea. And we do let the crust rise a second time before toppings. Homemade pizza dough will spoil anyone!
