A little something special for the 07-21 Tundra crowd!

We've been known for modifying OEM shocks to fit certain applications and this is another one of those occasions. Basically we found a shock that would be a good fit and require the least amount of work to accomplish what we need. For these shocks, we swap rod ends, bushings, sleeves and adjust hose routing. Not easy, but it's all stuff we handle every day and included in the price below. These are now available and in stock (ready to convert). For comparison, we have specs below. These shocks are intended for those with a 1.5-3" rear lift. These will provide 1.20" more travel than the current (and only) Fox 2.5 rear shock for 07-21 Tundras. Longer compressed length will require about a 1" long bump stop spacer. And of course these shocks will come custom tuned for your truck (free).

**UPDATE 7/1/23, Fox released Performance Elite Series shocks that are offered in two different lift height ranges. Those options can be found here & here.

    Very expensive for shocks.

Good quality high performance stuff can be on the expensive side, yes.

Certainly easier and a lot less expensive than a full blown shock relocation kit to obtain increased down travel.

a great alternative to purchasing IVD RXT shocks to pair with the IVD RXT leaf packs. Even those rocking shackle lifts greater than 1.5 now have an option.

This is a great product idea to fill a huge gap in the market for this platform….Kudos @AccuTune Offroad Kudos!

@AccuTune Offroad Can you guys convert the standard DSC shocks to the extended version? If so, how much would that run?

Negative. An "extended travel" rear Tundra shock does not exist from Fox and we cannot convert the FOX-883-26-006 to be longer.

@AccuTune Offroad , I have the icon rxt leafs and believe these will be a perfect match for those. I’ll be ordering these soon. I’m one of the people that’s been calling about this and kudos for listening to us. Last time I called you said you had received the same call a couple times that week from other folks.

What about the folks with a deaver pack? Stock pack is 2” thick, icon rxt is 2.5” thick on option 2, deavers are 3” thick. Fox jeep shock 883-26-017 has a compressed length of 17.36 and wondering if the conversion would be just as easy on this one? ADS deaver spec shock is 17.5” compressed and I was told no bump stop adjustment is needed due to the 3” thick pack. Maybe this could be an option? Probably too long compressed for the rxt pack though.

I love my fox front shocks and want to match so appreciating this option for the rears. Only wish I had accutune tuning on the coilovers. Maybe when they are due for a rebuild

    Thank you accutune!

We have not tested every leaf pack combo out there. For specific setups like you have, some measuring may be required to confirm fitment.
