I unfortunately still have chrome. I'm waiting on Sparks parts to ship my pro grill. Until then my chrome will be blinging.

My wheels came Tuesday. Tires mounted Wednesday. The kid who mounted my tires broke one of my OEM TPMS sensor. They replaced it with "their" brand and recalibrated it but the light is still on.

I will go back tomorrow to add more air and see it the light will go away. The door card shows 49 psi for 285/55/20 front and rear. I'm thinking about adding 40 psi all around and see if the light will go away.

UPDATE: I found this thread and immediately went back to discount and ask them to air up 44 psi front and 47 psi rear and the light went away.

Sorry for the rant here's a pic of my set up, it's pretty common here but it's new to me.

    SCS Ray 10 Gunmetal 18x9 +25 offset
    Cooper AT3 XLT 275/70/18

Stock SR5 suspension no rubbing at all. I removed my front flaps already when I installed my diode dynamic fogs. The tires doesn't come close to the rear flaps at all, I thought I had to trim or mold the rear flaps but wasn't necessary.

I did. Still debating about grille surround and bulge. But I like how it works with the TRD OR wheels which I think are the best looking wheels Toyota made.

Just got my 19’ MGM SR5 OR. Just getting started. Would love to level the front and delete the chrome first. What’s the cheapest yet reliable way to lift the front 1.5-2”? 5100’s?? Also getting rid of those gaudy running boards.

I swapped the front coil overs for Falcons. At the middle setting they lift the front 1”. No change to the rear (except I put 5100s). 285/70r18 Nitto recon grapplers. Stock trd or wheel.

    Here are some more details.

    welcome from NNY.

The cheapest way to lift the front would be a spacer kit. However, IMO the most effective way is 5100's if you like better ride quality. There's a 1000 ways to skin this cat but I've always liked the performance from 5100's. They stiffen up the ride on roads and lessen the body roll in corners. I don't wheel much but I do drive a lot of mtn passes and trails to far away places. The added lift is bonus on a better shock than stock.

At some point I’m going to go 5100’s. Lift the front to level. Possibly a bit more and 1” in back. When does one need to worry about other drivetrain/suspension issues from lifting? Differential drops and such? Figure 2” is totally safe. Thanks.

That's correct. Generally most shops/lift companies/ and our resident suspension experts here will say you're safe until 3"+ up front

I had a 3/1 on my 2018 and that was right at the limit. The alignment guys said that there was nothing left so if the lift was slightly taller they would not have been able to align it. Some guys on here actually ran into issues with 3" where they could not get it aligned. Every truck is a little different.
So, without upgrading UCAs I would say 2" is perfectly fine and 3" is typically fine.
