I am ready to purchase the tesla style headunit from phoenix auto. What options should I purchase?

I want to be able to view OBDII diagnostics but not sure if I need the wifi addition or it will come with a hardwired connector?

I want to view TPMS but again, same question, need the add-on or already included in wiring?

I want a connection to add a front camera. Wiring already incl?

I'd be curious what the USB TPMS system entails. The 2014-2021 2.5gen Tundra doesn't read out individual tire pressures insofar as I understand, something I'd love to have seen myself.

I heard there's a facebook group thats pretty active for these headunits. I'd try over there.

On my 17, i can see the tpms on my aftermarket kenwood head unit, so i'd say the "internal" tpms option.

I bought no add-on’s and my unit works great. If you want to run Torque or Fusion to monitor temps and other readings, you can get a WiFi OBDII adapter from Amazon, or, pay for the add-on. If your truck can already show individual TPMS readings from the factory (my 2018 Limited does), no need to get that add-on, you can go to a screen in the Phoenix Android HU that will show you the TPMS readings. For a front camera, just buy one from Amazon that you like, as the unit comes with the video RCA input.

Also, if you’re looking at a Phoenix Android 10 unit, unless he’s rolled it out, Sergey is not yet supporting Android 10. Sucks, because my older Phoenix Android HU had Sergey’s upgrade, and it was awesome; way more customization. Phoenix needs to remove that as an add-on for Android 10 HU’s if Sergey still hasn’t “upgraded to upgrade” to support Android 10. When I bought it and selected the Sergey upgrade and paid for it, they immediately refunded my $100 because of lack of Android 10 support by Sergey.

That’s what I got. Please know going into this though:

    • You need to be a little bit technically-minded to use these; a lot of negative experiences with these Phoenix HU’s are because people aren’t as familiar with Android or where all the settings are.
    • Settings password is 3368.
    • Phoenix sucks with technical customer service; they do seem however to be responsive with returns/replacements (my experience).
    • PM me if you need assistance (though please know I only check the forum once or twice a day).
    Before (old HU) and after:

Quick question man, how long did it take for Phoenix to deliver the Android 10 radio?
