In for Shackles... (don't know what size I need yet though... most likely +1 or +2... Clearly I need to get the lift installed sooner than later. )!

    I’ll go with +2

Does the shackle kit come with the carrier bearing drop kit as shown on the coachbuilder website? The picture above doesn’t show it. Just want to make sure I know to purchase the drop kit from the site.

    DONE
You've got a little bit of time yet, but not much! What lift are you doing?
If you order a +2 or +3 kit it will come with a CB kit as well.

5100's that are already assembled at the highest amount. Just haven't had time to install them (need to install them this week or early next week as I'll be leaving on yet another work trip the second half of next week.

Based on everything I've read I expect them to be +1 at most. If I haven't installed it by the end I'll just go with +1.

I have one important question before 100% buying a steering kit. Can the tie rods be used with the 6" rough country lift & be installed from the bottom end? I would like to keep my 17" wheels (with +12 mm offset) if possible. I haven't installed the 6 inch lift yet, so this will determine some things for me.

Anyone recall if the CB spacers are the same size for the +2 and +3?

My recollection is the +3 gets a bigger spacer than the +2.

I ask because I currently have +3 and am bumping down to 2 to save my springs a little stress and crank my RAS a little more. Sounds like I can leave the current spacers in.

+2"s and +3"s do include a carrier bearing drop kit thats sized for the amount of lift the shackles provide. If you're using them with a block or larger leaf pack you'll want to order one of our larger CB drop kits.

I currently have the spacers for the +3 shackles. My total rear lift with the RAS and shackles is 2.5 inches. What thickness spacers would you recommend?

Just to confirm I'm reading this correctly, these will work with 18" wheels with a +18 mm offset?

Okay so full notch on 5100s should put you somewhere just over 2" of lift. I would say to go with at least +2 shackles. A perfectly leveled 07-21 takes on the appearance of the rear being low. I tell folks with Tundras to generally aim to maintain at least 1" of rear rake.
I have a guess, but this one would be a question for @Coachbuilder1 . Tagging.
    Yup should work just fine.

Edit- In for a +2 please!

David was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, so much great information from him.

    In for +2 or +3.

Currently running factory preset Eibach Stage 2R. Currently running stock 18s with 33s.

My goal would be 3/1 ish. Move to 17s Methods with 35s.

The RC 6" lift requires the tie rod joint to be installed above the steering knuckle and calls out for a min 18"x9" +20mm.. Even with a +12mm the knuckle will most likely touch the wheel.

Is it possible to still put the tie rod on the under side of the knuckle? Or would that be too much of an angle?
