No rain today. 60 and sunny. No wind. Perfect working on stuff weather.
Seat heaters were here when I got home.
I really wanted to play with my truck, but I have to cut the stupid grass.

Do you have a build thread somewhere? Are those 12s? Seats going back in/any modification needed? The headliner setup is wild. What made you go with SKAR over other brand subs? Is that a T12V sub enclosure? Sorry for the overload of questions. TIA.

Before and after. Hood bulge was looking a little tired. Sanded down the bedliner and sprayed with Rustoleum Professional Black and matte clear.

Installed and EQ'd for like three hours:
    Sony XAV-9500ES
    Kicker 43CWR84
    Kicker 46CXA800.1
    SuperCrew Sound enclosure
    Factory speakers/tweeters/center channel

Yep, technically the amp is way overkill for the sub, but I wanted upgradeability. While I like the "little" 8" sub, I didn't want to assume I'd always like it and never wanted something bigger/more powerful.

    Sounds terrific.

Looks good... Hey, did you run 'red' or 'dark red' for the stitching color on your boot??

Thank you! Good question! My email order confirmation says "Red." Still, I just went and looked again here... https://www.redlinegoods.com/clrchart.php (thread colors are near the bottom of the page). I'm pretty sure, I ordered 'red.'

Unscrew the shift knob. Turn the boot inside-out. Slip it over the knob from the bottom, and position where you want it. I used a 6" zip tie, pulled really tight abound the inside of the boot and the bottom of the knob. Turn the boot back outside-out. If it's not where you want it on the knob, cut the zip tie off and try again.

Do you think this would work if I have a Teton Workshop shift knob?

Yes. The zip tie will likely need to be tied around the shift knob about where the bottom screw is on the knob. I think Amazon also has boot adapters, that you can attach to the shaft before screwing the knob back on, but factory Toyota knobs are too long for such. If you've a shorter Teton, such an adapter could work for you. If you've a longer Teton, plan on securing the boot around the knob where that bottom screw is.
