So I just bought a 2012 tundra crewmax with the 4.6 v8. I did a few things and now I'm having issues. I put in the Accel performance ignition coils added ngk rhuthenium spark plugs and put a spectra cold air intake in. Reconnected the negative battery terminal went to turn it over and it started blinking almost every light. Hooked up the obd2 and got the codes p0390 p0393 and p0102.

Upon learning what the possible issues code be I started doing what I could and replacing the parts the codes suggested. I replaced the camshaft position sensors bank 2 sensor 2 and still got the same codes. Ended up replacing every camshaft position sensor and still get the p0390 and p0393. I originally had a p0024 or something similar and replaced the the VVT sensors on bank 2 and the codes were gone. I'm wondering if maybe due to the initial start where it started throwing the codes if it has something to do with the timing now or if it would be more to do with the cam sensor connectors or wiring. I've dumped nearly 2500 on top of the 23000 I Just spent getting it. Now when i got it. It was already on a 6 in suspension lift with 20 in fuel rims with a 35×12 tire. Does anyone have any suggestions for me. Should I go back to the original air intake until I can upgrade to the trd intake? And should I try to get the oem Denso camshaft position sensors? The codes are permanent and I can't clear them. They end up coming right back after I clear them and they haven't disappeared after any drive cycles or by leaving the negative battery connection off.

For the p0120 I found out you have to replace the MAF sensor with a OEM grade or better sensor. Anything duralast or aftermarket doesn't seem to work. For the p0393 I replaced the camshaft position sensors with Denso OEM grade sensors. And for p0390 it ended up being a exhaust side camshaft position sensor. So replaced it with denso oem grade
