Got brand new tires and balanced and it’s still vibrating at the steering wheel. Just bought my 2011 Toyota tundra with 177’000 miles on it. It has a lift kit but still has original upper control arm. Could it be the ball joint? Upper and lower ball joint? Or maybe I need the upper control arm for 2 to 4 inch lift?? Help!!!!

I would check stabilizer bar bashings first of all. Probably one side needs to be replaced
