Hey All ! I am in same boat with many of you. I have a 2019 with 27000m and i have had my truck at 2 shops so far. 1st one never heard it supposedly. 2nd heard it once couldn't locate. As soon as i leave i hear it Some have pointed out could be ABS reset but every time? To me it sounds like its coming from control arm area on drivers side. Will be doing alot of reading on this as well shop will be.

Do you hear the noise every time you pull away from a stop, or every time you pull away after starting your truck?

You can’t have heard that noise too much with only 27km on the truck

I was going to investigate myself, assuming it was a caliper pin or something, but, since we're talking about this,....
I have a 2021 2wd. I hear a soft clunk from the driver side wheel well. It happens when the truck has been sitting for a while (leaving for work in the a.m., leaving work to go home). I notice it most when I back out of my spot, then turn the wheel and pull forward to drive away. It doesn't seem to do it again until the truck has sat for a while.
There it no other indication of noise, vibration, steering/alignment issues, etc. Truck drives/behaves perfectly. Just a soft clunk in the driver's front wheel well when pulling forward with the wheel turned after sitting for a while.
Perhaps this is an easy one for the hive mind and similar to what the OP is experiencing.
    Any ideas?

If you’re referring to the ABS self check, which happens every time you start the truck and hit 6mph when you first move it, yes, that is completely normal.

    Mine doesn't wait 'till 6mph.
It's more as soon as you release the brake and start to move. And I wanna say it's more when turning to the left, like when you back out of a parking spot, then pull forward and to the left. Sounds/feels like a caliper shifting, or a ball joint clunking. At least in my imagination. I have no real idea what it is. But there is no other sound or movement at any other point of the drive.
It's not concerning (yet). I'd be happy if it's just the ABS self check.
