Some build/travel pics from a quick and dirty weekend project for a trip out west with the Tundra...

Spent about a month in total in this camper. Had some super warm summer nights down south with nighttime temps in the 70s, and also endured some frigid desert nights as low as 15 degrees.

Obviously not ideal for long term use, but it was extremely convenient to have a quick, free place to sleep on a long road trip. Just pull over at a rest stop or find a secluded camp site and jump in the back.

I added a 100w Renogy solar panel and a 12v fan powered by a 240Wh Jackery. An LED light strip was an energy and cost effective way to provide interior lighting.

Planning a new fully enclosed and insulated build for another road trip to the PNW this month so stay tuned for build pics from that! Planning on doing a simple steel frame with plywood on the inside and out, sandwiching insulating foam between them.

Man! That is cool as heck! What kind of guitar is that peeking out in the next-to-last photo?
