Do any of you have pin head size rust spots coming through? I find it odd a 2016 has rust on the body already.

Iron particles on the surface. Try iron x or clay bar. Common thing after winter. Have any pictures?

Those are iron particles that have attached to your paint from the environment. Metallic brake dust, iron from winter plow blades, rail dust. Being a white truck they are more obvious. The salt from winter turns then orange/rusty in colour. There are various iron removers out there that you spray on your paint and pressure wash off. Some chemicals require washing by hand. A clay bar will remove them as well but best to get the larger/majority of the particles off with a chemical spray first.

that one on the bottom of the door looks like it may be a stone chip. Iron x will remove the rust a bit but you should clean it and touch it up with paint before it spreads.

Great news, thank you. I looked up clay bar quick and I see on Amazon it comes with a lube and the bar. I'll give it a shot. I thought it was kinda early in age to have rust already

You'd be better off using an iron remover like Iron-x from Carpro, maybe followed up with the clay if you want.

Yes, this way you remove the bulk of the iron particles before claying
