I have an HD and the factory extender. With the rear panel open you can flip the extender in and out no problem. I’m struggling to find daily use for my bed extender though. I’m debating leaving it in the garage unless I know I’ll need it. I have the factory bed mat and nothing slides around so using it as a partition has been unnecessary.

If you have any issues, you can easily pop the lifting shocks off and lift it vertically. So no issue with that.

    Enjoy the cover!

Thanks for the feedback, yes as mentioned above it works great. I also agree with the other comment that the lifts are easy to snap off if needed, but fortunately you don’t need to.

Mine is sitting in the garage now. I’m not sure I’ll ever really need it, but I don’t want to sell it yet, just in case.
