We have developed a totally new bed rack system called the VRS (Voodoo Rail System).

    https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-bed-racks

The system is tonneau compatible: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-tonneau-fitment-guide

The system can be configured in multiple ways.

You can have a simple crossbar setup:

Or you can have a 6" tall crossbar setup:

Or you can have a complete overlanding rack in 12", 18" or 22" heights:

We've also incorporated lighting into the system: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-lighting-options

And as usual we have integrated storage systems:

We even have a sweet bottle opener:

Here is a bunch of pics:

Likey very much! I like the low profile flat cross bar option.
    Does it rattle?
    How thick/gauge is the VRS?
Do you have or plan to make a slide out rail system on the VRS? My use case is that I have a manual rollup tonneau and would like to be able to get inside the bed without having to army crawl. I don't want anything taller in order to keep my Ferrari like aerodynamics.

I saw this on your site but thinking of something that goes out the back instead.

Absolutely no rattle!! It's incredibly solid.

We have two versions, steel and aluminum. The aluminum is 0.190" thick, and the steel is 0.105" thick.

We have some slide options: https://www.kbvoodoo.com/vrs-integrated-storage-options

One thing I forgot to mention is that accessories can also be mounted on the Voodoo Rail. This is good for a lot of people who want to carry some offroad gear, but don't necessarily want a full overlanding rack.

Looks great so far!! I don't know what your order number was, but if you already have all those parts, I would expect your extrusions to arrive today.

We played around with the 22" VRS on our JT this weekend. We also installed our CVT Mt Hood.

I added my Kuat Piston rack. I am overly impressed with the build quality of the VRS.

    That looks awesome!!

And I love that color. We're going to be replacing our Raptor pretty soon, and the Tundra is at the top of the list. I hadn't considered that color, but now I will. We are also going to put Dirty Seven's on it.

    Is that a Westcott lift?

Ride quality is ok. Definitely not as bad as some call out. I think the rear air springs help quite a bit. It’s a great stopgap until you overhaul the whole thing to fit bigger tires and level it out.

We finally got the 22" VRS mounted on our Tacoma, along with the CVT Mt. Hood tent and Midnight Forest 8 gallon Rain Basin.

(sorry, no Tundra pics yet, still working on that)

These pics show how the VRS mounts to a tonneau cover with built in T-tracks, like the RetraxONE XR.

Will you be making a longer version of the VRS side rail for 6.5ft beds?

Oops, sorry, we don't have plans to make a long bed version of that, but that will change if we see enough demand.

That said, cover can be mounted with the standard long bed VRS, it just wouldn't utilize the T-slot rails.

Any plans on a black bolt option for the VRS? I’d really prefer all the hardware be black.

Wondering about shipping to Canada vs USA (do you know if the shipping fee into Canada will also get dinged with brokerage/GST)?

We ship to Canada daily, always expect to pay some form of duty with international shipping.

Not at the moment, but it would be easy to do. We always use standard hardware, nothing proprietary.

Ok thanks that makes sense - my parents have a place in Idaho so am looking at a few different options between shipping there or maybe getting shipped here, or getting something local. Thanks for getting back to me!!!
