Thanks man, I like how they look. I don't have much lift at all. Just adjustable coilovers in the front with just under two inches of lift. Honestly thinking of bringing it down a bit more so i don't squat at all under load.

Brought my truck out of hibernation, it doesn't go anywhere in the winter here in Minnesota. It was nice enough and dry enough to drive it around a little:)

Supposedly it’s a repair truck? Do they repair autozone? I’m not sure…….

Did you customize a Tacoma ARB to fit your truck? It looks great!

Looking at the background I was, like, "Damn, that looks a lot like somewhere near here".

Then I looked at your info.

Good choice on the wheels. Looks light years better. Black on white is just ... meh.

These BBS are the best looking factory wheels for the Tundra. Close second would be the 17" split 5 spoke. I don't know what to call them so I attached a picture. I like the OEM+ look. And coming from a background of German cars I'm a sucker for BBS.

The 2016 Taco wheels, I was making due with what I had, which were leftover wheels from my old 3rd gen 4Runner. At least until I was able to find my dream Tundra wheels.

As far as location, both those pictures were taken in the same park near my town. I'm in Georgia, just out Northwest of the city by about 40 miles.

I have the 16” “star” pattern OEMs, but if I find those ones you’ve pictured imma have to pick ‘em up. Would love to do the big brake upgrade for towing. Going to restore and paint my 16s first though in case I end up having to trade to get the 17s.

Yup, those are what's on my truck currently and my favorite. Though I may ditch them soon, I've been hunting for something more gold, a BBS-reminiscent throwback, actually ... I have a white truck and white and washed out gold happen to sing together... and are often overlooked.

We have a member OTP Southwest who I think would win an award for the best OEM+ looking truck on the forum. But I might be a little biased towards my fellow GA first gen owners with all the West coast/SW/PACNW members on here

And yes on the German cars/BBS, too funny I mentioned this the other day while lamenting the sheer absence of any offroad wheelmaker who understands how to properly make 'gold' wheels correctly. If one of them would step up and take a lesson from BBS in how to pull off a tamer, less-orange version of gold wheels, they'd make a killing.

FYI: the center cap paint on the star 16" rims is "Lunar Mist Metallic". I found Dupli-Color EBTY16027 to be a perfect match: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00407RRGY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I haven't done anything yet. Bonus hasn't arrived for all the shit I did in 2022 yet. And the wheels I want only exist in used format right now. But nobody's selling.

Are these filtered? I like the color of the bead lock ring from the different angles.

Slightly edited but that's pretty much what those wheels do. Direct sunlight they are bright orange and in the dark they look all black. They are really cool and suit the blue well, but Aaron will want his F5s back I'm sure haha

Yeah it’s almost a deep copper color(tried to get that look on the 4runner rims but it turned out terrible)

They call it Blaze Bronze and it's perfect. I like them but I absolutely hate the beadlock style. Water collects in the lip and it's stupid haha
