I have a creaking noise at slow speed when the suspension is compressed. I have Toytec Boss with heavy springs on front set at 2" with stock rear. I also have an Expedition One front bumper and a Fab Four rear bumper. I mention the bumpers because I notice the noise in situations when the frame may be torqued a little.

I am way out of town with no tools and no shop I know. Everything looks right and tight. I have about 20K and one year on all install. Any ideas? Anyone had this issue?

Hey @Over the LINE are these noises coming from the front end when going straight and hitting bumps? Or is it when you turn the wheel?

I think when the wheel is turned but it's possible with a straight wheel when only one wheel is articulating. I only notice at crawling speed. Not offroad but descent articulation.

Message me a location and I'll see if you are near a shop we work with.

    Thanks Toytec!!!!!

I went to the shop Toytec found for me. Charlies Toyota in Augusta Maine. No BS about aftermarket parts. I had to test drive with mechanic and search for something other than flat parking lot to make it creak. They found "upper strut mount bolts" loose along with a couple of front bumper mount bolts loose. I still have a little noise but not as bad. The mechanic looked over the suspension and steering. I feel much better about my continued road trip. I'll try to figure out the other noise when I get home. I think it might be TRD Pro skid plate.
