Toptiny Tonneau Bed Cover

Anyone have any experience with this brand or cover? I searched online for reviews but didn’t see anything.

I see those off brand tonneaus on Amazon and don't know much about them. Can only guess once patents expire for the name brand ones you get knock offs manufactured and shipped from god knows where that go up on Amazon for a couple hundred bucks less. I honestly don't know the quality of this one but can tell you, for my new F150 I wanted to get away from flush mount feature laden covers like the Bakflip and go with a simple, basic hard fold without complexity or a bunch of small parts to wear out. I did a Ruggedliner E series that was 660 shipped to my door. I think it goes for 700 now. With a tailgate seal to supplement it it's bone dry in typical or super heavy rain. *MAYBE* a trickle on either side of the tailage if I hit the brushless wash with the sprayer that hits it horizontally from behind. The hinges do not depend on rubber seals to keep water out, which is key. On my bakflip the main leaks started coming through where seals deteriorated or loosened and shifted in one direction or another over time leaving gaps. The hinges on the Ruggedliner are exposed but have hard channels undernearth them that send water out the sides. Great design that keeps that area water tight without depending on rubber that will wear out from repeatedly getting folded. The only soft seals are between the rails and the bed caps/tailgate cap, and a narrow rubber flap that goes down over the front of the bed basically acting as a piece of flashing to supplement the seal under the cab end of the cover.

After about a year I'm extremely happy with it for what I paid.

I did. It works as described. Keeps the water out and I’ve driven through some hard rains with it and run it through the car wash a half dozen times. The latches seem a little flimsy but do the job. For the price, I’d do it again.
