I know I remember seeing some stickers that goes along the top of the headlight where the oxidation forms. Wonder if that will help.....or at least cover it up.

Weathertech used to make a headlight shield that was a PITA to install, but it worked. IIRC it was called WeatherGard or something like that.

    Found it: Lampgard

I got new headlights in my Tacoma due to the melting headlight recall. The originals were looking pretty rough so I installed these on the new ones. The tabs on the replacements broke in a wreck a few years later but the headlights still looked new.

What i meant was just a black curved vinyl decal that went on just the top of the headlight that faces directly up.

    Just for right here

Almost completely stock besides leer cap and minor things.
I am curious how the warranty transaction went and if you redid the headlights? Also how well they have help up since.

I just purchased the cerakote headlight kit as the local Walmart started carrying their products. I have a few vehicles that I have restored to almost new but of course they fade over time.

I also have a pair of spyder aftermarket projector headlight in my Sierra that have very mixes reviews on longevity of factory clear coat and thinking of potentially coating them with the cerakote to prolong their life. Thanks!
