Thanks man! I think I'm gonna exchange the toolbox, I couldn't tell until I put it on bedsides but the middle of the lid is bent. But since I got the 3 yr replacement plan they'll exchange it.

On another note, now I'm kind of considering getting the Boss/Radflo 2.5's instead of the Boss 2.0's this fall.

I still need to pick up one of those Cabelas Tacklebacks Zach. Liking your mod list. Getting the FN BFD's next?

I think the next mod to be ordered be will be the Icon leaf pack. Then the BFD's or coilovers. Come bonus time both the wheels and coilovers will be ordered, if they haven't already been. Then I think the Ranch Hand will come after that.

I just hope I don't wear out these tires before I'm ready, and then am rushed to get the lift and new tires on.

That's exactly what came to mind when I started thinkin about it. I figured since I have the rear shocks already, I'll just buy the 2.5's for the front and run the 2.0's in the rear for awhile. But eventually sometime after that I'll buy the 2.5's with RR for the rear.

Agreed. It's kind of amazing how the usefulness of it is forgotten or dismissed. Even here on the Western Great Plains where we seem to be getting more torrential rain the last few years.

Wish I had my breather done before today. I didn't wreck anything because I drove faster than I should have because the water was deep and the bottom was muddy. I didn't intend on going that far out but I took my daughter shooting and the normal spots were packed

Since I have some time off work today, just thinking about what mods and other things that need to be done or altered on the pickup. Some of these thoughts are kind of random, and are more of a way to get my thoughts in writing as well as possibly get some feedback.
    • DIY bed rails/Toolbox: I cut the current ones down 20" from full bed length before I bought the toolbox, thinking that the box would be so wide that I'd need to pull them off and cut them once I got it. I've realized that isn't the case, I have more than enough room to run a full length bedrail. But that brings into question of how to secure the toolbox. I'm thinking I'll pull the J-hooks off, and I may just drill a hole into the sides of the box and secure it into the bedrail with a bolt, and a washer and nut on either side of the vertical wall of the box to secure it in place.
    • I hit a deer last year, and the passenger side of the front bumper is a bit lower than the driver's side. You have to look really hard at the right POV to see it, but I think sometime next year I'll get myself a plate bumper. Hopefully Relentless will have one for a second gen by then, but I do like the looks of the Expedition One after seeing @smslavin's, and the Hammerhead low pro pre-runner has also caught my eye.
    • Will be doing the suspension/wheels/tires sometime this month. Still need to get the black longer lug nuts, and the locking ones for each wheel. Sometime soon after that will buy a full size spare tire and a matching wheel, and still trying to decide if I want to go with FN's or possibly go with Methods/SCS. I'll likely hold off a little while on UCA's if we get can the alignment close enough to stock, but have decided to go with Camburg uniballs instead of the ball joints.

May not have gone nuts on it, but with the Black Friday Sale still on, I figured the truck could use an upgrade

You're only 25?!? Are you even married? Need to find willing mate first. Unless you order online but shipping might be steep from Russia

:rofl:Still trying to find the right one man. Wonder what a mail order bride would cost? The shipping might be downright cheap compared to the product.
