They absolutely suck now they only last 3 months. Been using them since Costco started selling them. Mounting sucks. Wobbles when it moves. Starts streaking at 2 months. Definitely going to go back to the oem. I bought a bunch so I gotta use them first before I go back. When I bought the truck the oems lasted probably 3.5 years probably would have lasted longer but hey it’s PA WEATHER. You never know what you’re gonna get . For everyone DONT GET COSTCO Michelin wipers for your Toyota. OEM OEM OEM OEM!!

Only a weekend in with the Valeos, but happy so far. Mounting is OEM solid and they're symmetrical for our trucks.

Got Bosch cause they had them close by, and they didn't work good at all. Paid the extra money for the OEM plus shipping, and my life is complete again.

I haven't heard of this being faked yet, so I do buy from Amazon occasionally. Sometimes our local department store will have it sold as STP Vision Blade or something like that.

So the Sightlines being sold on eBay by Toyota dealers aren't OEM?

They are not what comes on the truck from factory. They are replacements that are sold at the dealership.

Just get the OEM ones. Yes they are $50 after tax, but I just realized I got 5.5 yrs on the set that came on my truck, well worth it!!

No I just need to figure out the best windshield coating these days. Have used rainx for years, but I'm sure there is an even better ceramic coating for glass these days

I just bought some Sightlines on eBay advertised as OEM from a Toyota Dealer. Didn't know that was BS or I would have bought the OEM ones with the part numbers listed in this thread.

I use the rain x washer fluid and have had good luck with it.

They are OEM replacements, not OEM what comes on the truck from factory. Make sense? So they didn't lie to you. If you want to parts counter and said you needed wipers, they would give you the very same sightlines. Those that know order the blades that come on the truck from the factory!

But now you know, next time to just pony up theb$50 and get the OEM blades that came on the truck from factory!

Doesn't make sense, I understand what you're saying. They advertise the sightlines on eBay as OEM but they aren't. Seems a little shady to me.
I noted the part numbers so I can get the OEM's not the OEM replacements.

Again, you go into any Toyota dealership and ask for replacement blades and they will give you sightlines. Sightlines are Toyota OEM replacements, just not the OEM blades that comes on the truck from factory!

I get it dude, I'm not a total dumb ass.

Again, when something is advertised as OEM I think it's what came on my truck, not a OEM replacement. Get it?

eBay listing of OEM was 100% legit advertised, that's my point

    You said-

"They are OEM replacements, not OEM what comes on the truck from factory."

I guess our definition of OEM is different.

I’ve been amazed by my OEMs (from factory) and it’s only been a year and half. I’ve gone through the 2-3 sets on all my other vehicles. Can’t imagine getting 3+ years, that would be awesome. Sort of important in Oregon. I’ll be searching for factory OEMs if they last that long.

Soooo. Much. Tension. Everyone take a Sightline - OEM chill pill. It'll be O.K.

Cuz a picture tells a thousand words here are THEE OEM wiper blades as replacements from Mama Toyota.

    Too many, but not enough....
Thats weird, I got 2 sets a few months back during a free shipping promo. I believe it was either from Toyota of Decatur or Toyota of North Miami.

Here in the harsh Arizona desert environment we can only expect to get about a year out of conventional wiper blades before they flake away in pieces....I have had the best luck with PIAA blades....Going on 2 years now & they are holding up great.

I have a 2020 Tundra Double Cab (Work truck package, no SR5 badge, though similar to a SR5). I wanted OEM blades, not Sightline, so I ordered these:

Toyota OEM 2007-2015 Various Models Wiper Arm Front Blade 85212-0C030 right Factory
Toyota OEM 2007-2015 Tundra Wiper Arm Front Blade 85222-0C030 left

They fit fine, the stamping on the old OEM from the factory rubber blades and the rubber on the blades I received is quite similar.

I use OEM blades and I wipe them with alcohol then I wipe them with 303 to help keep them soft and drying out, get 3 plus years easy out of them. I also used rain-x wiper fluid also.
