Picked up a new to me 2000 Tundra and could find no documentation on the timing belt ever being touched. I decided to get it done right away. Had to pay a local shop to do it since I have a compression fracture in my back I am recovering from.

As I suspected the belt had never been done. Edged are frayed some and the back is cracking very slightly but not bad for what it has done.

Amazing to think it probably would have made 250k. Sorry to hear about your back. I'm well aware what that's like. Hope you heal well and fast!
