Received new OEM rotors from Sparks Parts in 3 days. The ship30 code still gets you 30% off shipping. One of the rotors has some light oxidation on it but I test sanded a section and it comes off easily enough.

Thanks to the Tundras community for all the info. Figured I'd share some of my mods and findings so far:
    BFG KO2s in 275/70R18
Rigid SR 930314 30" Light Bar & Bumper Mount
    Caliraised Toyota Short Style Switch
***I wired the lightbar to come on with the high beams. The switch "arms" the lightbar on and off.
    VLEDS Interior Light Kit (5500K)
***The interior lights make the truck feel a lot newer, but 5500K is honestly a little rough on the eyes in the morning. I would recommend 5000K or less.
    JL Audio StealthBox
    AudioControl LC-1.800 Amplifier
***I chose this amp because I could use the existing JBL subwoofer speaker wires as inputs and the two 10TW3s are rated for 400W each. It also has AccuBass so in theory a LC2i Pro line output converter or DSP isn't needed. Lastly, it's pretty small which means it could be mounted on the back wall and not interfere with the seat or the sliding rear window (I used rivet nuts adn yes that's a cutting board). There is barely enough room though and you have to locate the amp strategically to miss the seat structure. The sound is honestly a little underwhelming for the price, so in hindsight I would have done a ********* sub box and a larger amplifier. It's great for normal sound, but not much for showing off.

Just got stuck in my fucking driveway with this slush/snow mix that just packs into grease.

I’ll deal with it in the morning/daylight. I don’t feel like messing with it tonight.

Finally put on that Amp bed step I bought last summer and put a hose clamp on my tailgate hinge.

    Yes
I don’t feel like digging out my traction boards or chains in the dark while it’s snowing.

You’d wouldn’t make it past my wife’s car 3/4 way up the driveway.

I’ll get out there in the morning and get everything moved around. I’ve been in and out a half dozen times yesterday, but tonight this shit just turned to greasy ice.

Did some interior chrome and silver deletion over the past couple weeks thanks to MESO Customs and AJT Design. The MESO blackout kit included vent rings, shifter/cupholder trim, and door handle covers. Replaced the silver steering wheel trim with AJT. Looks way better! I think I can live with the silver door trim but not sure what I'm going to do with the dash. Really don't want to take it all apart again and I'm a little leery about the stick-on covers. Also hit the shiny plastic on the shifter display with a couple coats of matte clear coat.20230226_110206.jpg 20230226_110212.jpg 20230226_110158.jpg

The stick on overlays leave gaps. I used SEM Trim coating on mine.

Yes but if you look the overlay is on the silver radio itself

ICS has a microphone mount that you can use on the Rago. That cord would drive me nuts lol.

Lol. Nothing on my Rago yet but 2 ball mounts. My camera monitor for the travel trailer will go on it when we tow it. No idea what else yet.

I completed my LED swaps with the last lights on my list, the puddle lights. It was a very easy 10 minute swap and I can tell even in daylight that they will be a huge improvement.

Secondary vacuum intake parts trickling in. Thanks to @831Tun for the pieces you made. Just waiting for the other line to arrive no thx to summit for the split delivery. Much better to piece it together than paying the ridiculous amount sdhq charges for this.

I installed my front any time time camera kit, I opted for the “premium” camera but the quality is rather poor, even compared to the factory rear camera. :notsure:
