    There are enough of us Canucks on these forums and I saw that there was a thread similar to this for our American neighbours, so just though I could be a resource for anyone with mortgage questions in Canada.

    I am a Mortgage Broker in Ontario, but the mortgage rules are generally the same across Canada so I am happy to answer any questions or let you know if you might be able to get a better deal elsewhere. Regional/local differences typically lie in relation to making real estate offers and closing, and I'm neither a Realtor or lawyer, so I won't speak to the local intricacies of these.
