Those are my favorite wheels! I was looking at the black ones in 20 inch but the offset creates a bit more poke than I was hoping for.

    Looks great!

@PBNB Thanks. There is definitely some poke but I got 2” fender flares that should fix that.

Hey all. I've read damn near all these posts but having trouble getting the answer to my question. Help!

I'd like to level the truck and put 35's on. Well, as close to 35's as I can. I'm not wild about a 12.5" wide tire, so I might end up with something similar to a 285/75/18. Trimming is not a problem for me. I would like the least amount of poke possible while still keeping all my travel/flex. Reason being is I live on dirt roads and want to avoid spraying the side as much as I can.

my new wheels are .5 wider and I’m at 35 offset. This will net about 1.25” poke which I can tell you is enough poke to cause spraying mud and flying rocks. Your best bet is to keep stock wheels or find aftermarket with 60 offset(don’t think any available). Or get the poke and add 2” flare and wide mud flaps.

Ride is great in my opinion - just did a 800km trip and it was smooth, close to stock for the most part. Perhaps a little more direct and responsive in the handling department that I attribute to the 12 ply tires and to a lesser degree the struts.

I recommend this complete strut set-up over the spacers especially for the price!

First post. I like many of you…probably read all 78 pages of the wheels and tires thread. I did more hours of research than I’d like to admit. I went with Nitto Recon Grapplers. 275/60/20 stock rims. They ride pretty rough compared to my old Terra Grapplers but they do look awesome.

Hey guys, finally decided to register but have been stalking for awhile.
    Here's my truck, 2022 1794.
Just got the wheels and tires earlier. Icon vector 6 17x8.5 +25offset wrapped in wrangler a/t 35x12.5, stock height.
Rubs a bit on the carpet on full turn, just need to push it in.
Super happy cuz it doesn't look like grandpa's truck now lmao
Minor complaint on the icon tho. the center caps don't fit on the front wheels.
PS: if anyone near rapid city sd interested in my stock wheels/tires no tpms, I'll let em go super cheap, i'm getting rid of them cuz i don't wanna leave it in the place i'm renting. I'm just here cuz of wife's work

Not grandpa's truck at all! Looks like some mud flaps are needed to keep that mesquite looking top notch!

Great looking rig. I kept my stock TRD OR rims but wanted TRD center caps. After ordering them, I found the front didn’t fit because of the dust cover on the axle. I’m assuming you might be running into a similar problem with your new rims and center caps. I took off my dust caps and “pounded” them in a little bit, just to flatten out the bulge enough for the center caps to fit. Might be something for you to look into, depending on how and why they aren’t fitting.

yeh, the bulge is preventing the center caps to snap in. I'll see what i can do, thanks for the info!

the back caps went on perfectly, the fronts now fit as well, a few smacks with a hammer on the dust cap, just enough to make them click in.

As near as I can tell those exact caps fit the platinum wheels with no mods at all, must be a little different

    Morning all,

amazing information on here, so thanks for that.

I want to put 285/70/18 Tires on, debating if I want to add them to the stock rims or get Methods MR305 NV. I actually don't mind the stock rims IF they can fit the 285,

So, can that size fit on the stock rims I have ?

I’ve seen several with 295’s on the stock Off road wheels. 285’s will be fine
