I know there’s a lot of threads on here about what tires sizes you can get away with on OEM suspension, but none answer the question about 295/70R-18- KM3’s. Can one get away with running this tire(sizes vary, so I’m asking about this tire only!) on TUNDR TRD PRO factory suspension??

It's possible, lots of people run 295/70r18 on stock Pro with no lift.

The Pro suspension and height are fine for 295/70/18, you can even run a 35x12.5 if you want. Where you might run into a problem is with the wheel offset and potentially having the tire hit the UCA. Spidertrax or Bora 1.25" wheel spacers are a common solution if you want to keep the stock wheels. 295/70 might work without spacers or lower offset wheels, I'm not sure.

get one of coachbuilder kits for the trd pro and run some 35"s :)
BFG sizes small compare to toyo for example.

If worried about them not fitting, or unwilling to do a little trimming, go with the 285/75/18 km3. They will fit with no issues.

Some have said no issues with fitment, remove front mud flap. Others have run into issues and had to either get shims(coachbuilder), wheel spacers, or both.

I have 295 KM3s and they "Fit". I had to get a cab mount chop done because the offset on my wheels is +0. If it were anything around +20 or higher it would have been fine.

If you're staying with stock wheels/lift, I would say stick to 295s (you might need spacers to clear the UCA) - this is what I was initially going for

If you want to do a lift, I'd just do 35s - this is what I'm doing next since I had to get the cab chop

I had more issues with the front rubbing than the rear but I have 295/70/18 Ridge Grapplers on +25 SCS's so that's interesting you had to do a cab mount chop.

I got 295/70 too. The +0 makes my wheel turning arch/scrub radius larger so I needed to make room. Now I'm ready for 35s so that's a plus lol

mud tires are generally pretty poor in snow and wet conditions. Little siping, just not what they are designed for. AT tire is a better choice for snow.

They do, and I have run 35 MTs on a half ton daily driver before for that reason. Never again, unless I actually needed a MT, you do give up a lot for the look. For street driving MTs are just harder to deal with, do not handle as well, can be loud and vibrate, wet traction can be sketchy and same in snow or sand. But they look cool and can be awesome off road depending on the terrain. The new ATs and hybrid tires perform so much better in everyday driving and can do great off road, running a MT for looks no longer makes sense to me.
