I'd expect them to have it soon. May I suggest calling them to ask what their timeframe is?

How is the coverage? I don’t know why but will the factory dash camera affect it? It ask when ordering.

Have one also. Definitely custom and the bag is cool but costs extra money. Rolls up easy enough and has a Velcro string to keep it closed. Not a perfect fit on the top although it’s nice. The visors on the Tundra can’t hold it in place good enough on the top as they don’t bend enough towards the windshield so some light looks comes in on the top…

    Warning: Incoming rant

Different experience on my end compared to the other poster...

I think the fit is really awesome. Mine fits perfectly and lets in very little light. Probably the best fit of any shade I've used before. Pics included at the bottom. I have a DoubleCab, so keep that in mind. My experience with fit might be different than the other poster who seems to have a CrewMax. I'm not sure why that would make a difference but it's a selection on the WT site so I assume the windshields are different if they make it a unique selection.

To be honest...my 2 big gripes are:
    1. It's really overpriced - $76 all in with shipping & tax for just the shade. To be honest, having used it now for about a week, I regret spending the money. I would just go down to any parts store and grab a fold up or a spring out one like we use on our 4Runner.
    2. It's a PITA to roll up - This seems like a stupid thing to gripe about, but the shade is HUGE and a pain to roll up. For some reason, it rolls up the opposite way I naturally want to roll it every time. This is hard to explain but I'll try: It rolls up with the black side on the "inside" of the roll which means I have to take it down, flip it, and then roll it. The WeatherTech website imagery implies that the material is really flexible (pic below). It's not. It's thick and really stiff. At least on my unit it is, which contributes to the difficulty in rolling it up. There's no way to roll it up with a passenger because rolling this thing up turns into a "contact sport" when a passenger is in the truck. haha. If this was a $20/$30/$40 shade...I wouldn't complain. However, because of the high price point it's not what I expected.
    upload_2022-4-21_8-58-45.jpg

Regarding your question about the integrated camera, take a look at my up close pic of the rear view mirror fitment. It's cut very close. I suppose you could put the sun shade behind the camera but I can see how it would cause a lot of light to spill into the cab.

    My grades below:
    • Fit to windshield: A
    • Cooling Impact: A
    • Ease of Use: D
    • Value: C

thought WT's is the Folding shade... if it's the rolling one, really not worth of that price...

A quick review for anyone still out there looking. This is a quick 48 hour review since I just received it Friday afternoon.

The fitment is good, I feel it will get better as it needs to be "broken in" from being rolled up tightly in it's packaging. @ $48 the cost wasn't terrible I guess it is pretty much in line with most "custom fit" sun shields out there. The plus is that shipping was 2 day so I was pleased with that. I live in the desert of Southern NM so anything helps, it's supposed to be 103 today just for context of it's performance. In combination with the ceramic tint I had installed I feel like it does a dang good job. Is it still hot in the truck after sitting in a parking lot for hours? Of course. Could it be worse, heck yeah! My buddy has a black on black GMC with no sun shield or ceramic tint and it's terrible getting in his vehicle.

TT-922 is the part number for the one sold at the dealerships. It is different than previous years. The 18-21 uses TT-907.

AE5A0B7B-46C8-4B0F-A9AF-6F5FF8CB6E3D.jpg I just ordered one from cover craft. I hope it fits, if not it’s going back. Due to arrive on August 8th.

I decided not to look for too long and just ordered custom-made sunshades. They fit the window size perfectly and are much better made than the ones from mass-production.
I like the material and the additional UV protection. These sunshades create a natural shade in the car and take most of the heat. I’m glad I ordered from snapshades.com.au because now I can be sure my kids are protected from dangerous UV rays at the back of the car. I also like these shades are much easier to install and have a magnet instead of a sucker that always falls off the windows.

I used a WeatherTech shade in my 4Runner and I agree they are a PITA to roll up, but the coverage is wonderful… I had a Covercraft for my Raptor and while the coverage wasn’t as good it was more effective at blocking heat, but it was a PITA to install/remove… not sure there is such a thing as a perfect sun shade

Since I just found this thread, I have used the Cover Craft in the last 3 vehicles and I don't want anything else. Complete coverage and since it folds up its easy, for me anyway. So does anyone know if there is a vent shade for the rear window. I tried to find one for my 13 Tundra back in the day but never had any luck. I see them for Fords and Chevys but can't find a Toyota version.

I had a weather tech laser cut for my challenger. It fit well but takes up so much space. If I have three other passengers then I have to put it in the trunk. Too expensive just to crumple up and too big to ignore. I'm not looking to do that again for my truck.

Thanks, just bought this one too.

I have had weathertech, heatshieldstore, and cheapo on other vehicles. hit or miss on the custom fit, and as mentioned the rolling ones roll the wrong way so when you put in the window in wants to peel in the edges....haven't been successful rolling inside out to keep it against the window.

Other option I was considering was Husky, folding accordion style. #97014 $59.99 free ship.

I can't find a shade I'm happy with. I hate board style folders but they block heat better. I'm pretty good with the circular folding ones, but they don't do as well with blocking the heat. I'm just going to get a ceramic tint job done on the windshield and call it a day.

65 for a sunshade, weathertech. You can pound sand. Your products are WAY to much. IMHO
