Just had a thought... if anyone in the DC metro area has a CrewMax and is interested in RB20 Slims with bed liner coating I would bet that the vendor might give you a deal on these in order to avoid having FedEx come pack them up and ship them back. if so, shoot me a PM and we can check that out.

Anyone tried the Go Rhino DSS? If so, could you post some pictures?

Sold my RB20 slim with bed-liner because it was too slim for kids.. Got RB30 with black coating… The go rhino bed liner finish has great texture but is more of a plastic finish. Somewhat slippery when wet. Sprayed the RB30 with herculiner which has a more rubber finish. Hope this helps someone thinking about which steps to get.

I’ve got a pro showing up in Nov and am considering these, the go rhino electric running boards, or just standard running boards. Are you still happy with the AMPs?

These are the Go Rhino RB30 in the full width. They have the bed liner coating. They stick out enough to protect from door dings and I've heard many rocks zing past my mud flaps and hit the bottom of the boards. Also, plenty of stepping area for front and back seat passengers. I like how the RB30 squares off up front, it fits the fender/door area, but more importantly blocks more mud/rocks from hitting the doors of the truck.

I have RB20 Slims and had them seperatly coated on both sides including mounting brackets by my local Line-X dealer.

Those running boards look wonderful. How much did the Line-X coating cost if you don't mind me asking.

Line-X charged me $300 CDN which is about $220 US. Well worth it in my opinion.

I decided on the Rough Country HD2. They're supposed to arrive Wednesday. I'll probably spray the underside of them with cosmoline prior to installation.

Lots of folks with the TRD boards and that’s what I went with as well. Pretty heavy but very solid and seem to be well built. They are tight to the body of the truck as well which takes some getting used to but overall not challenging to work with.

Yes. I got them. Got them LineX'd instead of cosmoline. Love the look. I mounted them as close to the truck as possible. They still stick out a tad farther than I like, but not a deal breaker. I have hit my shins on them on a couple of occasions getting things in/out of the back seat area.

That wide?!?!! I've been looking at the Rough County RPT2's and they're 6.75" wide.

Romik height adjustable. Set initially to high, later lowered to 1” below that. When all the way up, feet wanted to hit the plastic rocker panels (black in my case) so I set them to 1” drop location. They will go 2” and 3” but that would defeat one of my purposes for the running boards, which was paint/body protection from rocks/debris from front tires.
Last picture is at 1” drop.
