I see many have noted these issues but I am not finding anything about cause and fixes?

I just got my tundra out of shop and they thought it was my toll sticker on the windshield. I got 10 miles away and all the malfunctioning started. Now they want to replace the front camera! Thanks.

LTA, ACC, & the PCS are all on the same sensor. Makes sense those DTCs ping all at the same time.

I'm not sure about the headlights though. A headlight DTC is new. I don't recall seeing that one pop up on the forum before.

Has anyone got this solved through the dealerships? I see many having the problem clear back to December 2021 but no fixes?

I haven't noticed anyone post about issues with these components yet... You're the first in the 5 months that I monitor this forum.

Usually it's just sensors get covered by snow or dirt..

I’m having this issue after an alignment of all things. They are trying to blame it on the CBI bumper with the bar. They believe it’s interfering with the sensor. CBI says no way. I drove it to the dealership the day after installing the bumper without a single warning light. I didn’t make it off the lot before I had CEL, Engine Shutter malfunction, and now am stuck with an LTA PCS malfunction that won’t go away. I removed the bumper and that did nothing. It’s going back to the dealership tomorrow.

I had the front camera at the rear view mirror replaced and have not had an issue since. They first claimed is was a toll pass on the windshield that was causing interference but that proved to not be the case. I have driven now for three weeks and not one malfunction of any kind.

I’m hoping they can fix this. Last weekend I saw 4 techs under my hood scratching their heads. I went in for an alignment and left 6 hours later.

Did you ever find out what caused this and any solution? Mine just did this today out of the blue. Only had this new 1794 3 weeks!

They never told me what was the cause. It was fixed after they recalibrated the sensors. They tried to charge me $500 to do it but I refused to pay it citing the fact that my truck worked perfectly until they touched it. I haven’t had a single issue, knock on wood, since the recalibration.

Hopefully my warranty will cover this. It's only 3 weeks since I bought it and I only put 50 miles on it. Just aggravating....

I took mine in with this same deal three times before the solved it. It was the camera in the windshield. I am going on 6 months after replacement and no additional issues.

It is and was annoying. My jaw hit the floor when they tried to charge me. I still don’t believe the bumper had anything to do with it. I know with the TRD lift they do a sensor recal. If you lifted yours like I did maybe it does something but the majority of everyone on the forum have not had this issue. I’m with you, at 3 weeks there shouldn’t be anything wrong with these trucks. Hopefully they will just handle it for you. Tell them about my issue and the solution.

Wow. I have no lift. Just stock. $64k you think toyota would have better quality control. How I long for the old days when we hand cranked our windows down and only had push button am radios.

Absolutely. The days when everything worked for years before it either broke or was worn out.

I just installed used TRD PRO FOX shocks on my 23 TRD SPORT. Thing lit up with multiple dash warnings, pre collision systems and breaking support errors. I lifted about 2 inches in the front.
Do you think doing a recalibration of sensors will fix this issue?

That’s what allegedly fixed my issue. Another member said it was the precollision or radar cruise control camera behind the rear view mirror if I remember correctly. Personally I wouldn't mention the shocks. Yes they can see them but you never know. My dealer wanted to charge $500 for the sensor recalibration.

I had the same issue after installing a 1.5 leveling kit. They recalibrated the sensors (charged me for it, blaming it on the leveling kit install) and that took care of it.
