Will the Talons garage plates work with a TRD Pro skid plate?

Yep. Took off the two rear skid plate bolts, slid the cat shield under it, then used the security bolts to hold them both.

How it going, I just purchased a 2017 tundra that has a CC shield. The shield was installed by Toyota dealer. The shield does a good job covering the front two but appears to leaves the rear CC’s exposed.

Even though the shield doesn’t fully cover the two rear do you think it makes accessing/cutting the rears difficult? Here are some photos. I realize these are deterrents only and contemplating if I should get a different shield such as the miller cat shields that cover all four.

    I appreciate input.

I sent Talon a note asking about TRD skid plate. What I got back was "it is compatible, 100's have done it, but the install is more difficult". Not sure what more difficult means. Cutting? Grinding? the need to find different hardware?

Bumping this, for anyone running the Talon plates do they interfere with basic maintenance ie drain plugs?

I installed my RCI transmission skid plate and cat guards today…I’m happy with the products from them and plan to by an engine skid plate as well.

installed from Talons. They look great and installed in an hour. Only whoops was I missed in the directions they recommended every bolt get anti-seize applied.

Think it's ok to wait 2-3 months until next oil change to address? It's cold in the NE and the install was tough for that reason alone.
