seeing a leak under the dash on the passenger side of our 2005 during rain storms. See pic. there is a slow drip from the location under the dash approximately 12" from the side of the truck door.

Has anyone identified leak paths for rain that can get down in behind teh dash and drip on teh floor?

Would love some direction from someone that has solved this problem before.

    Thank you in advance.

May be windshield seal. On the next clear day take a garden hose and let the water trickle on the outside of the windshield on the side where the leak appears. If you see a leak on the floor, you would want to have the windshield resealed.

A number of our issues are listed in the below thread.
Definitive 2000-2006 cab-area rain water leak thread | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com)

Also, as mentioned in that thread...."making sure the A/C condensate drain nipple in the engine bay on the passenger's side of the firewall is clear,"

I would at least take note of the bolded Cowl fasteners (all models) section and for sure the threads linked in that thread.....in particular this post....Dripping into the cab...

    Yup, I'd almost guarantee it's this ^^

Part numbers and instructions are in the "Cowl fasteners" section of definitive leak thread. You really only need to replace one specific cowl fastener (shown in the video here), but you'll want to pay attention to that last link in the "Cowl fasteners" section, you will break other fasteners while removing the cowl, and the last link in that Cowl fasteners section gives you the other part numbers you'll need. I recommend buying 4/each of the white cup/black knob clips that hold the cowl on as insurance.
