I slept like the dead last night. Nine+ hours. It was a very busy day, but I had a coffee in the morning and a caffeinated beverage in the evening. Should have slept like crap...

Think I've mentioned this before, but I love looking at the translation signs when I travel. They're especially epic in China.

As much as I dislike Google, their translation app is night and day better than anything else. The fact you can use the camera to view a sign and translate is invaluable. Makes you wonder what #1-9 were, but those are probably State secrets...

Another trip to Prague. Besides signs, I enjoy taking pics of cars/trucks we cannot get in the US. Not exactly sure what you can tow with this, but every time I see this pic I do the Austin Powers "Do I make you horny?!"

I talk a tough game. I could do that for maybe a few years in college. If I tried that now I'd make it half-way, need to burp while trying not to shit myself and then go sit down. Probably with a giant snot bubble in one nostril.

 

Caffeine helps me sleep... If I don't drink coffee within about 2 hours of going to bed i get headaches and don't sleep well

So, just out of curiosity... when SHTF for your at work, what exactly does that entail?? ... and then what is required of you???

I work in a Network Operations Center (NOC) and my specific duties entail monitoring all systems for cellular, landline, internet, etc. for issues. If/when there are issues I troubleshoot as far as I can, and then engage any other necessary personnel to resolve the issue if I cannot resolve it myself. This is a really watered down version, but anything from cell sites being down, internet not working, fiber cables being cut, issues with other carriers, etc. are just a few of the things that can happen and my job is to drive the issue and make sure the correct resources are put on it.

Almost any link posted from scamazon in a thread will usually wind up at the bottom of the page. Pop into an oil change thread and odds are you'll see fumoto valves and filters linked at the bottom because somebody linked it in a post. All the stuff at the bottom of this one is posted somewhere back in the thread, either as a joke (see silly items like Nick Cage cutout, nightshift, banana cleaner, etc.) or as a serious post/link (see things like ratchet straps, snow shovels, grills, and electrical switches.)



Give it a bit, and refresh the page a few times, and this will show up too.

I like the spirit of the idea, but the execution appears poor. Hopefully he has custom rear fenders being made, but legally has to have the dual rear wheels covered. He added the required marker lights, and I give props for not going with the "raptor" lights, but rather a traditional HD truck version up on the roof.

I'd say the biggest sin in that pic is the huge wheels with rubber band tires.
