Well... everyone has likes... and dislikes I guess.

My 2 cents... ( not worth much... only 2 cents )

I have had black... Loved it, Hate to clean it and keep it looking good ( my 93 Chevy looks better than show room today )
I have had White... Love it also.....gets crappy looking quick. ( hate cleaning the road tar )
I have had silver... give or take on this one.
My son Has MGM... doable, looks good ( if he cleans it )
I have had Green... Loved it!!!! ( couple different shades.. None Army Green though)

But... a little bias right now... Lunar Rock is the way to go.. ( in my mind)

    :amen:...........:crapstorm:

MGM, as much as I like the orange stuff, it's going to end up dated.
The lunar color is like a different hue of pepto-bismol...

The Mesquite, or whatever they call it, is nice, but I've been driving brown trucks at work for 36 years..

The white looks nice on the Gen 3 with a color-matched mustache.
I wouldn't buy a Gen 3 with a silver or chrome Hogan mustache..

But keep in mind I'm 60 years old....YMMV

I've seen both in person and I think it comes down to maintenance and how bad you want to stand out. Both trucks look good, but for different reasons. Solar Octane can and will be seen from everywhere, and it's easier to maintain than black. But, to me, it's one of those colors that can get to be 'too much'.

If I was buying one for myself it would be black! But, this is your rig... So, good luck on your choice!!!!

    Things are great Brother.
I had back surgery in September, going back to work in 2 weeks.
I'm actually in better shape now with the physical therapy and working out, than I was when I went on disability in June..

    Life is good...

Lunar Rock hands down! Unfortunately it’s not available so I settled on white. I have a ‘07 Tundra in white with close to 300,000 miles that I purchased new so I guess I’m kinda partial…
