Shaking driver seat mirror

Has anybody had a problem with driver seat mirror shaking? I took my 22 sport premium to the dealership they replaced the mirror. I was told they didn’t know why it was shaking but they would replace it. I noticed almost immediately that it didn’t fix the issue. My mirrors also fold when I lock the truck if someone has something similar with the same problem.

 

Had a similar issue with the passenger side. Ended up having to push the mirror closed, then cycling the switch to close then open. No issues since. Seemed like when the mirror opened, it didn't latch fully open.
