Not sure I agree, had a few that either didn't or it wasn't severe enough to be aggravating. Regardless, not really complaining, just blowing time while recovering from a medical issue.

Bluetooth connectivity is so weird. I connect my phone and drive, then get out to pump gas or hit the grocery store get back in and the connection works without issues. The next day I do the same thing and I have to manually connect my phone again. Its just super inconsistent and annoying.

When I hit the brakes or the gas even moderately my seat will move 1/32”. Just enough to feel it. Not sure how to correct this.

Also, I get an occasional random click from inside the dashboard that sounds like it’s an HVAC door.

I've noticed it with most vehicles I've driven. But not every single one. From my experience, it's usually only when a single rear window is rolled down.

This. Although wife owns a 2022 4Runner, and while we both absolutely love it...I didn't think Toyota could make another vehicle with WORSE cupholders. LOL

Personally I don't have a problem with the cup holders in my 4Runner or Tundra. Is it that American people need jug holders or what? I quit buying big gulps way back in high school after I rear-ended somebody else because I was reaching to the floorboard to retrieve a leftover spilling big gulp from my morning commute. Paid them a couple hundred cash from my pocket to go away and had to fix my own truck over a left over soda. That sucked, I should have just let my damn books get soaked!

What's interesting is that the Tundra has 3 cupholders in the console. Granted the 3rd one is kind of silly, but it's big enough for a can of soda.

In my case, it's not about size (heh). I'm diabetic and due to a kidney lithotripsy 2 years ago I drink water/seltzer like a fish to make sure it never happens again. LOL So regardless of whether or not I have coffee, I always have a bottle of water or a can of seltzer with me. So that means at least 2 drinks.

Granted, we can just use the door cupholders, but for the reasons you outline, it can be a pain.

My big metal water bottle usually just goes on the passenger seat in any vehicle I drive. I used to put it on that little shelf under the head unit but it rattles like crazy there.

This reminds me of something. That hack we've read about here - buying a chalk bag to create an extra cupholder on the side of the center console in the Tundra - I wonder how hard that'd be in a 4Runner. Hrm...

The only thing that consistentley bothers me about my Tundra (12 CM) is the front passenger seat belt. It constantly gets stuck between the door pillar and the seat which allows it to rattle incessantly. Because the truck is so wide, I can't just reach over and move it.

I know, silly thing to complain about but the rest of the truck is great so the seatbelt thing stands out.

I did that and although find the bag on the driver's side a bit obtrusive to my right leg, it's usefulness far outweighs and nuisance. My wife keeps here big insulated cup in hers and I stuff a regular bottle of water in mine.

The most we EVER carry is a drink and a coffee for both of us. 3 of those 4 will fit in the Tundra; so I just will need the one bag on the passenger's side, I think.

Everything that annoyed me about my truck (2014 DC) was resolved when I traded it in for my 2019 CM.
    1. Bigger back seat & roll down rear window.
    2. Functional door locks again.
    3. 38 Gal fuel tank.
    4. added heated leather seats
    5. added auto/up down for all 4 windows.
    6. installed ESP storage to regain underseat storage (push) though I'd like a little more room. Still trying to find a "swing case" for the rear, that I can just mount to the bedrail under my Tonneau, as I really wouldn't need it to swing out, and I don't want to drill into the truck.
    7. Added OEM LED Pro headlights, because the halogens were some of the worst headlights for any vehicle I've ever owned or driven.
    8. Added Diode Dynamics SS3 pro (amber) fogs. OEM halogen fogs aren't nearly as terrible (relatively speaking) as the headlights were, but I still wanted some improvement.

so I guess nothing annoys me about my truck.

Center console so big - where stuff goes never to be found again.
Do you ever look - I mean really look - in the center console storage and find stuff that has real value, and you feel good, because now you know you don't need to buy "that", and forgot you had one all along ?
I put slots in there to organize, but it just means the stuff goes down hidden in the square pockets now.
Some things I have found I had forgotten about and need.
Micro SD sticks, the spare ATV key, the Good tape roll (Tuck Tape), Springsteen Rising CD
Yeah. my truck has a CD player.......oh and a trans cooler - 8^0

I try to actually drink enough water every day. I carry a Hydro Flask water bottle whenever I leave the house, so I had to get some cupholder adapters in my truck. Found these on Amazon for $15 each. They fit snug, and they hold my water bottle no problem. The brand is Smart Flask. Not sure if they’re still around, but they solved my cupholder issue.

One of the configurable options I noticed in techstream was something with the door locks, allowing locking the doors when one is open. I must have flipped the option, because when I open a door and then hit the lock button, all I hear is "thunk" as the locks flip. It doesn't beep that its enabling the alarm, and it didn't beep after closing the door either (though the door did stay locked) so I hit the lock button a couple more times until it beeped, but no annoying squawk when door is open.

My biggest bitch with my trucks, Toyota safety sense Yada Yada yada, GD why didn't Toyota make BSM standard.

Beeps when I cross the road lines, brakes and manages my cruise control, will hit the brakes when a soft target crosses in front of me. But when im driving 80 and need to change lanes I have to do the duck and weave turning my head around. I find myself passing older GM and Ford products and watching their side mirrors light up yellow with BSM.

End of rant, just pisses me off.
