Anyone have any recommendations or instructions for removing the 60% side of the rear seat in a 2022 Crewmax?

We looked through this thread https://www.tundras.com/threads/goose-gear-crewmax-rear-seat-delete.46732/ but no info on removal just the replacement kit.

We just want to take the seat out, but not 100% comfortable with just going at it with no advice.

    thanks

Attached instructions below. Not sure why they tell you to remove the under seat storage box first, but seems like can just take the two bottom bolts out and remove the seat assembly.

Shawnee Hill Workshop offers a 60 and 40 rear seat delete with an optional rear molle panel for the back wall. @RevereOverland is running it on his rig.

Right now, it’s CrewMax only. Hoping someone comes out with a rear seat delete for the DC soon. If there’s nothing by the fall, I’ll fab something myself in my shop but I would prefer to just buy the precut pieces similar to what Shawnee Hills offers.

I wonder if that is a error, you can choose DC on the 60% delete but not on the 40%

This must be fairly new. I spoke to them last month and they said they were still looking for a DC to laser measure. This is going to be my next project after my bumper install in a few weekends. Woohoo!

I noticed that. I’ll shoot them an email to see if they’re still in Development for the 40 or if they just haven’t loaded it onto their site yet.

Thanks for the PDF! I have a couple of questions out to SHW OFF-ROAD. Product looks good, but thinking of DIYing.

Jake here from SHW! Double cab is ready to go, the website should now be updated for both the 40% and 60%. Lead times are 4-6 weeks for the lower portion. The back wall is still being designed and we do not have an ETA yet.

Awesome news! Any possibility that if we pull the trigger on the base now that you’ll be able to sell the back wall separately down the road? Once I get my bumper and front end done, the rear seat delete is next on my list.

I have some prototype pictures, but I will have some better ones on the website in the next couple of weeks. You lose one of the storage lids with the double cab compared to the Crew Max, which you can see on the website.

Any updates to this? Any photos of actual installations on a DC?
