2014 Tundra SR5 CM 4x4

I’ve triple checked everything that came in the male is hooked up correctly. No blown fuses or anything. Idk why my headlights are doing thi. Also the ambers don’t blink when I use my turn signal. They also sometimes switch from white to amber when I hit a bump. I have no clue. Anyone have these problems with the alpha Rex pro series??
