I ordered a bed step for around $180 on eBay so thought I’d give it a shot. Looked like the OEM one in the pictures. When I received it, turns out it mounts differently than the OEM one I’ve seen all the videos of. For this one, the three bolts pictured below (that connect the hitch to the frame) have to be removed and you use those bolts to attach the mounting bracket, as well as the single threaded hole in the picture below. The kick-out part is the same as OEM. Just thought I’d share here since it didn’t come with instructions. Seems like good quality, and I didn’t have to loosen the bracket that you have to loosen with the OEM one. First picture is with prior to install. Second picture is the bracket after install. Sorry for the bad quality. Arm was shaking after getting everything tightened up lol. Will update with some better quality photos when I get the chance. 3D9C2E7A-1851-4929-B36D-1B27FA98B46E.jpg

Mounted the new bed step from eBay and I am happy with it.
I’m 230 lbs and it held me up no problem.
Sits a good 1/2” below bumper, so no contact there.
Doesn’t stick out on the side of the bumper much either.
    Pretty decent unit overall.

    Lol,
It will bend up like the exhaust pipe that is the same height from the ground! :)

Why is the exhaust pipe coming out of the driver side. I wouldn't want to be breathing that s*** in all the time
