Kind of want a diary for my truck for whenever I take it on trips, mod it, or just downright enjoy it.

I’ve always wanted a truck since high school when my brother had a Tacoma with a 4” lift on 35s. Well flash forward to 28 with 2 kids I figured I didn’t need 2 sports cars and got a truck instead. Luckily got the truck before the prices soared. Here’s how I got it.

My family are all big Toyota fans so whenever we have family gathers the driveway looks like a used Toyota lot, will have to get a picture next time.

Have had it since 03/21 and slowly making it mine and just enjoying it.

As it sits now, since owning it I’ve already put 20k+ miles on her.

As it sits now I had to replace the spacer lift PO had and the 20s. Also one thing I enjoyed doing actually was fixing the shoddy wiring from the shop that installed the front bumper and the lights.

So current mod list(done by me):
    Method MR316
    Falken Wildpeaks 35x12.5r17
Added bill bar to stealth fighter bumper
    Bilstein 6112s(w/Westcott collar)/5160s
    JBA UCAs
    DIY CB drop kit
    Badlands 12k winch
    Factor55 fairlead(had to modify)
    Color matched grill surround/hood bulge
    OEM led headlights
    AJT center console trim
    Drive side auto window switches
    RCI engine skid(had to modify)
    Amazon head unit
    Led exterior bulbs

Hoping to get a SOB Fab rear bumper in the near future.

Got to meet up with a good friend who recently picked up a ‘18 Platinum with 2k miles. 1E2A3057-19DA-43A5-B99F-CA74472DC555.jpg

Then got to drive around and find some new trails.

If anyone is looking for a reasonably priced off-road jack Harbor freight just got these in. Got tired of adding 2x4s to my jack and maxing it out.

Had a little fun over the weekend and now about to place an order for a HC SOB Fab rear bumper, almost ripped my stock rear one off.

Can I ask what you did with the TSS grill sensors. Cruise and crash. Are they still working even with the bar. And by the way, looking incredible.

Also, forgot to mention this but my truck has had this issue where it would vibrate the rear part of the cab a bit and I could see the car seats shaking. Well I couldn’t pinpoint I and eventually replaced my shackles for CB shackles because I was lifting my rear a bit more, now my truck doesn’t have that shake anymore.

Bumper came in and took me a while to man up and cut my bed. Planned on taking it somewhere but figured if anyone were to mess up cutting the besides it should at least be me.

I didn't realize you were on here. Your truck looks great and the bumper install turned out really good.

Where'd you get your grille emblem (vintage Toyota red orange yellow)? Mine is fading something awful and it's only been a year-ish.
