Brother I feel your pain. We remodeled most the house by force two years ago. I like my Kitchen just need to hate the fact I didn’t do a nifty pull out spice rack.

I repurposed an old library card catalog cabinet for spices.

 

I'm pretty sure I posted this before but everybody was probably drunk or stoned (or both @FrenchToasty ) and forgot about it.

 

Don’t ask @Fotnot about any pull out spice racks.

 

We have 2 similar to these in our kitchen on each side of the stove

Over 100 pages to explain their position on this and articulate the why, what, how, etc... is freakin' silly. Anytime I open a document like that and see the lack of clear and concise (definitive) answers and guidance to what's allowed and what's not

Fortunately, when a law lacks clear and concise language, it's interpretation is historically favored toward the defendant. However, getting to that point can be quite a ride. Anyhow, time to step off this train before it derails...

The whole work around with braces has been shit to begin with. These regulations just create more grey area and your average Joe has no chance of keeping up with them.
