Yes, those are them. DS Tactical has more colors and has different models for diesel or gas (the gasket seal is different but otherwise interchangeable).

You can’t buy them in the USA except military surplus. We don’t have the same container laws.

 

DS Tactical is cheaper too. Princess Auto told me to fuck my hat when I asked if they would price match. Next time I get down to the Lower Wasteland, I'm planning on making a big DS Tactical run. There's a water version (MWC) as well which I want to buy.

 

If you already use Wavian there is no reason to change. However, there is a reason Scepter is now standard issue for the USA military. It’s lighter, more durable and you can literally run it over.

 

Shipping is what gets you at DS. I think I paid $20 a can. If you can pick them up it’s a great deal.

 

Yep, shipping is a bitch. I quoted 3 MFCs, 1 MWC and some accessories. Shipping was $200+ iirc. I can wait.

Make sure to get the wrench. It’s well worth it to tighten things up when it’s super cold out. By hand tight only the pour spot can and usually do leak (hence why the cans cannot be sold new in the USA).

 

That was one of the items I wanted. I use a oil filter strap wrench for now.

Yes. The wrench is awesome as well. When not in use, I keep the cans in my shed but the wrench is always in the truck
