I been reading and learning (a lot) on the website, so I guess it's time for me to share my own build as well.. Have 2018 TRD Pro that I bought brand new (with 312 miles on it). One of the more recent photos of the rig (will update with latest pictures in a bit):

Some of the things I have done so far:
    • Gobi Stealth rack + rear ladder
    • RigD Ultraswing
    • 20" Fuel wheels (+2 extra)
    • ReadyLift (thought, this is about to change, got new suspension coming in)
    • ARB awning with aluminum casing
    • Victory 4x4 holder for Rotopax can (this was made for 4runners, so I fabricated bracket to attach to the back of ARB awning)
    • Victory 4x4 interior panels
    • KrazyBeaver tools
    • HiLift jack
    • Cat Security plate
    • KC HiLites + Rigid pods + custom switches
    • Pioneer HU
    • Aftermarket RES
    • WeatherTech mats all around (including cargo mat)
    • Viper alarm + remote start
Not installed yet (sitting in my garage):
    • Ironman 4x4 Swift 1400 rooftop tent (hardshell)
    • weBoost WiFi booster

    Mike,

This looks great! What's your opinion on the Ultraswing? I've been considering them for my build but would really like something that holds the wheel closer to the rear of the vehicle. Also, can you post some pics of the front with the KC lights. I'm looking for two round 4 or 6" amber lights for the front to mount with a separate switch for winter driving. The LED white foglight are useless in snow / heavy rain / sleet. Not sure why car manufacturers insist on cool colour temp foglights that do nothing in winter driving conditions.

    Cheers

Ultraswing is great quality wise and functionality: it is extremely well built, offers additional attachments (comes with Rotopax mount, but I repurposed that)... But you hit the nail on the head - if there is one thing I do not like about it, it is how far it is sticking from the back... Now, it is only apparent if you look directly sideways (like the one picture I posted above), from all other angles, it is not visible at all... Also, I repurposed Rotopax mounting point to add a plate to hold my Traxxas boards + 1G Rotopax canister, so that takes quite a bit of space. You can see it in the picture below, I will try to take a better picture for you shortly:

Also I am not aware of any other solutions (might be wrong though) that work similarly, other than Tandem custom dual tire bumper which runs $5k... :(

@EliSeq here are couple more shots for you (one with lights, one with Ultraswing - though you already said you not going to use it :))

How are you liking the Gobi rack? After looking at several other racks, I've decided to save and spend the extra for one. Not sure what options I'm going with on it yet though.
Have you actually climbed the ladder and stood on the rack?

Gobi is great, but it will depends on what you are going to do with it... Initially, I had no plans to add RTT and it was awesome, since I was able to load cargo boxes on top (like the one Ironman4x4 has). However, not long ago I did this:

and now I sort of wished I had a flat rack (like the one form Victory4x4)

At any rate, Gobi rack is great... I am 200lbs and had no problem standing with my 8yr. old son on top. If memory serves me right, it is rated at 600lbs stationary and 300lbs moving weight. Now, ladder is good too, but not something you can stand on (one two steps are OK, but I usually just do one). The problem with that is the bottom bracket is secured by two tiny bolts against a plate on the inside of the trunk. The first time I stepped on the ladder, that bracket shifted 1/2" down. So I added additional spacer and tried to tie those tiny bolts as much as I could and it is better now... but again, not a big fan of that ladder design...
