Dude! This brings back flashbacks of when a sierra parked next to me. I just kept doing a double take. Finish of the Tundra was miles better though.

Trying to stop short of doxxing you, are you off of cedar crest by chance? I always see a black one in someone’s driveway there. This morning saw a white (presumed to be yours) and the black one there. I drive by a lot for work.

Yup that’s me. I take the bike to work on nice days. So that’s why you saw both there this morning.

My only dislike for the exterior is the front. If the middle section of the front bumper was color matched instead of being black it would look 100x better IMO. Sorry, not my opinion, this is the internet so everyone else is wrong and my last statement is just fact.

    Stock....for now
Wasn't a big fan at first but it grew on me. I definitely like the size and look. Just but some wheels, tires, and a level kit so I'm excited to see what it looks like after the upgrades!

For the interior I can't say much since I've only test drove one so far, but there was one good thing that immediately stuck out to me and one bad thing that stuck out. I really liked the flat padded section at the top of the door. Made resting my arm on the door really comfortable unlike in my father and father inlaws F-250's with that stupid downward curve. My dislike was actually the screen that most seem to love. I think it would have looked better if it was just an inch or two shorter so it looked built in with the dash running across the top of it. All these new vehicles seem to be going with these monstrous things that look like they just glued a tablet to the dash that sticks out and way above it.

Imagine not buying a truck because the marketing team didnt dress their paid actor in a cowboy hat and spurs.

Who cares how its marketed. The specs work for you or they dont.

This exactly. Or because of the size of the grill. These people probably pick a torque wrench based on which one has the least chrome.

Having said that, the specs are disappointing for me. Good news is I have a relatively new truck with low miles and can wait.

I'm disappointed in the V6. Not the specs of it, just the fact that it's a V6. The sound of a v8 on a truck just can't be beat imo. With the new transmission I'm sure the v8 could have got almost the same mpg bump they got with the v6.

Not disappointed enough to not buy one though.

And my torque wrench is chrome.

Agreed on the screen and this is why I elected to go with the smaller screen that seems to appear that it belongs

I like it. Having had a previous gen, they look like humpty dumty compared to the new ones. Def an upgrade that was long overdue.

I dunno. I almost wrote it off completely because of the silly folksy singalong commercial Toyota came out with to advertise the Tundra. That commercial was straight trash. LOL

There's a new commercial out that I suspect most people here would approve of. I can't find it on YouTube, though.
